Booking a full dyslexia assessment

A £200 deposit secures the appointment. The remaining £250 is paid after you receive the draft; the final report is issued after payment.

If you’re unwell

Please contact me rather than attending when you are unwell. An assessment needs to reflect what you can usually do, so genuine illness is handled reasonably.

Cancellation and rescheduling

With at least 48 hours’ notice, the deposit can normally transfer to another appointment.
With less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit is normally non-refundable and a new deposit may be required.
If you do not attend and I have not heard from you beforehand, the £200 deposit is lost and a new deposit is required to rebook.
Genuine illness is handled reasonably — please contact me before the appointment rather than attending when unwell.
If I need to rearrange, you do not lose your deposit.
