Hello, I’m Elizabeth.
I’m an APC-qualified Specialist Dyslexia Assessor. I work with children and young people, university students and adults, helping them understand how they learn and what might make things easier.
An assessment should help things make sense — not make you feel tested.

APC means Assessment Practising Certificate — the professional certificate used by specialist assessors who meet current standards for diagnostic assessment practice.
A calm, relaxed approach
I keep the assessment calm and unhurried. Activities begin gently and become more challenging as we go, with breaks whenever you need them. I explain what we are doing and look at the whole pattern — your strengths as well as the things you find difficult.
If the answer isn’t dyslexia
You will still receive useful recommendations based on what I found. Where the wider pattern suggests another pathway may be appropriate, I will explain that too.
