Could it be dyslexia?
Dyslexia can look different from one child to another. These are some of the things parents often notice. They are prompts for recognition, not a diagnostic checklist.

Does any of this sound familiar?
Every child is different and not all of these will apply. Tick anything you recognise. There is no score and nothing is sent anywhere.

Confidence & what you notice at home
Several signs do not automatically mean dyslexia.
What matters is the pattern, how long the difficulties have been present, the learning history and the impact they are having. A screener can be useful if you are genuinely unsure whether a full assessment is the right next step.
